Three Florida Atlantic football players were named to the All-Conference USA first team Tuesday. Senior defensive tackle Trevon Coley was joined on the team by junior defensive end Trey Hendrickson and punter Dalton Schomp.
“Having 12 players earn Conference USA recognition is just another sign of where our program is going,” FAU coach Charlie Partridge said. “Three of the senior captains were honored and this program is grateful to them for the culture they have helped to create.”
Coley, who was named the team’s MVP on Sunday, was the leader on a defensive line that set the program’s single-season sack record with 35.
