The Owls can’t complete comeback bid, fall 41-38 to North Texas

A strong comeback bid from FAU fell short last night, as it fell 41-38 to North Texas after rallying back from an early three-score deficit.

North Texas (8-3, 4-3 Conference USA) pulled ahead early, scoring 17 unanswered points to start the game but the Owls (5-6, 3-4 C-USA) struck back to take a 21-20 lead heading into the half.
