Florida Atlantic held its first live scrimmage of preseason camp on Saturday afternoon inside FAU Stadium.
The defense dominated the offense, allowing only five touchdowns during 21 possessions. It also forced three turnovers, all inside the red zone.

-- FAU coach Lane Kiffin said cornerback J’Quan Napier has transferred from the program. Napier was mostly working with the second- and third-team defense, but received first-team snaps on occasion.
