Earlier this week, Marshall coach Doc Holliday issued a scouting report on Florida Atlantic receiver Nate Terry — and his father.
Holliday coached both Terry's father (also named Nate) and his uncle (Shawn) while the coach was an assistant at West Virginia. Nate Terry Sr. was a defensive back for the Mountaineers who also returned punts and kicks from 1997-99. Shawn Terry was a receiver at West Virginia from 1998-2001.
As for Nate Terry Jr., he converted in the offseason from tight end to slot receiver for FAU. In two games against the Thundering Herd, Terry has not caught a pass.
