Dolphins running backs coach Eric Studesville has only been with the organization for about five and a half months.
In that time, he’s had plenty to digest but among the surprises has been the play of former Florida Atlantic running back Gregory Howell Jr. during organized team activities.
“Buddy is a solid, good, dependable back,” Studesville said Thursday. “He’s a smart guy. He picked up all the things that we did on the Miami day when we had a workout here, so we got a chance to spend time with him, got a chance to put him on the board and see what he knew about football.
