Harrison Bryant was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round at pick No. 115 on Friday in the 2020 NFL Draft. D’Joun Smith (2015, No. 65 overall), Rob Housler (2011, No. 69), and Devin Singletary (2019, No. 74) and Trey Hendrickson (2017, No. 103) are the former Owls who have been drafted higher than Bryant, who’s the 10th FAU player to be selected in the draft.
Bryant, the 2019 John Mackey Award winner and first non-Power Five player to receive the honor, was one of the top tight end prospects in this year’s draft class after being one of the lowest-ranked prospects in FAU’s 2016 recruiting class.
