End of season awards have begun to roll in for the Owls, as FAU tight end Harrison Bryant was named a finalist for the John Mackey Award on Monday.
Bryant is one of three finalists for the award, competing with Washington’s Hunter Bryant and University of Miami’s Brevin Jordan for the award.
The senior tight end also received an invite to the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama earlier this month.
According to the John Mackey Award website, the award is given annually to “the most outstanding collegiate tight end” and is named after former Syracuse University and Indianapolis Colts Hall-of-Fame tight end John Mackey.
