The Florida Atlantic football team continues to reel in accolades before the the start of the most anticipated season in school history.
On Friday, 16 players were named to the Athlon Sports preseason All-Conference USA teams. It was the highest amount of selections for any team in the league.
The first-team picks were running back Devin “Motor” Singletary, tight end Harrison Bryant, tackle Reggie Bain, linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, safety Jalen Young and cornerback Shelton Lewis. Singletary, a third-team All-American, ran for a school-record 1,920 yards and led the nation with 32 touchdowns last year.
