In the final game of 2020, the FAU Owls (5-4 overall, 4-2 C-USA) lose to the Memphis Tigers (8-3 overall, 5-3 AAC) in the Montgomery Bowl, 25-10. The loss is FAU’s first defeat in a bowl game in program history.
Memphis won on the back of a dominant performance from redshirt senior quarterback Brady White, who threw for 284 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception.
Freshman wide receiver Javon Ivory had his best game of the season for Memphis, catching seven passes for 126 yards and a touchdown. Freshman Tahj Washington also added eight catches for 105 yards.
