Florida Atlantic still doesn’t have a starting quarterback, but it does have another new one.
Former Oklahoma quarterback Chris Robison practiced for the first time with the Owls on Tuesday morning, nearly a week after first announcing his transfer to FAU. Robison was dismissed from the Sooners earlier this month before landing at Boca Raton. He will sit out the 2017 season as part of his transfer.
FAU coach Lane Kiffin said Robison will largely serve as the scout team quarterback this season while De’Andre Johnson, Jason Driskel and Daniel Parr fight for the starting job.
