Already riding a two-game winning streak, Florida Atlantic baseball picked up two wins in two days against the Hawks from St. Joseph’s University.
The Owls (11-1), scored only one run on Tuesday night, and that was all that was needed as they were able to defeat the Hawks (4-3) by a score of 1-0. On Wednesday, the Owls beat the Hawks 4-1.
Junior pitcher and designated hitter Sean Labsan gave his team the only run of the night on Tuesday with a home run in the second inning
In addition to his home run, Labsan threw seven strikeouts as the starting pitcher, but was taken out after three innings.
