FRISCO -- A lovely lob from Carlos Ruiz put FC Dallas one result away from winning the Supporters' Shield and maintaining home-field advantage throughout the entire postseason.

Carlos Ruiz, the 37-year-old forward in his second stint with FCD, came on as a second-half substitute and guided home a chipped pass from Mauro Diaz in the 89th minute to help FC Dallas back from one goal down in a 2-1 victory.
