FRISCO -- Luchi Gonzalez has spent all offseason preparing FC Dallas for this moment.
The rookie head coach's team will take the field against the New England Revolution on Saturday afternoon and -- he hopes -- execute the concepts they have been working on all offseason.
Gonzalez, however, has no illusions of yelling out a key instruction that results in a winning goal -- or being too involved at all once the ball is rolling.
"I'm sure they won't be able to hear me really, and I don't have a good natural whistle," the coach said with a laugh, raising his fingers to his lips to pantomime the way other coaches get their players' attention during the match.
