We’re continuing on in our roster evaluations today with a look at another veteran player in goalkeeper Chris Seitz.
Seitz has been with the club for what feels like forever now as he was brought in back in 2011.
What Seitz brings to the table
Seitz does what you would expect him to as a backup keeper. He is there when your main keeper needs a day off or has been called into the national team. He provides good leadership and covers in the back as well.
2016 was really a big year for the veteran keeper, he made 28 starts and was the key cog in the defense as the team pushed for the US Open Cup and the Supporters’ Shield.
