Dallas City FC travels to Fort Worth to take on the Vaqueros at 7 p.m. in NPSL action Saturday night at Farrington Field. It is the first leg of their rivalry competition, the Trinity River Cup. The teams are coming from different ends of the standings but rivalry games tend to even out records, and it is early on enough in the season that both teams need a result tonight.
The hosts are currently undefeated, with three victories to their name, although two of those games are against the newest addition to DFW soccer, the Denton Diablos. Dallas City has a win and a tie to go with three losses, including two losses to those same Diablos.
