Homegrown defender Reggie Cannon has been called-up to the U.S. Men’s National Team prior to their January Camp. Cannon is part of a 27-man roster, the first under new head coach Gregg Berhalter, who was hired earlier this month.
Cannon has now been called-up to each of the USMNT’s last three rosters, making his debut on Oct. 26, where he played 84 minutes in a 1-1 draw with Peru, followed by a start in the Nov. 20 1-0 loss to Italy.
The team will train in Chula Vista, CA to ready themselves for international competition and get familiarized with their new coach after a 400-plus day coaching search.
