In the most very MLS way possible, FC Dallas - a week ago a side who looked primed to repeat the club's trend of sizzling hot starts - went to Houston and quickly figured out other teams got better in the offseason too. Losing on the road should not come as a surprise to anyone, but those stunningly bad opening 30 minutes, leading to a 4-0 bottomless pit, arguably were the worst 30 minutes in club history. (1998 vs LA probably as something to say about that)
Interestingly what went wrong reflective much of the concerns expressed here before the start of the season.
