A few hours before the Texas Derby, (#CrushTheOrange), Bruce Arena announced his World Cup Qualifying roster and named FC Dallas’ Kellyn Acosta and captain, Matt Hedges to the team.
This is not too much of a surprise call up for Kellyn Acosta, who was called in the last round of World Cup qualifying back in March of 2016. Acosta represented the U.S. of A four times, with two qualifying caps to boost. Arena has been fond of using Acosta in the midfield, and with his hot start to the 2017 campaign, it’s no surprise he got the nod.
