The FC Dallas Academy U19s played their second match of the Dallas Cup on Monday at MoneyGram Park against Red Bull Brasil and drew 1-1. FCD Academy newcomer Ronaldo Damus subbed on at halftime and made an immediate impact scoring the tying goal for FC Dallas just after the break. Brayan Padilla had the assist with a cross from the right wing.
RB Brasil scored the opening goal in the first half when a mistake by the Dallas defense at midfield sprung Red Bull's #9 down the right wing. The initial shot was saved by FCD netminder Carlos Avilez, but the rebound to the back post was put home by RBB's #7.
