FC Dallas made two roster changes on Tuesday by mutually agreeing to terminate contracts of fullbacks Moises Hernandez and Jose Salvatierra.

Hernandez was one of the club’s first Homegrown players signed back in 2010. He spent a large chunk of his time as a professional on loan. The former FC Dallas Academy product made 31 appearances from 2014 to 2015, before being loaned to Rayo OKC for the 2016 season. Last season, Hernandez appeared in 26 matches with one goal and one assist for the NASL side.

“For the last 14 months, we were trying to provide Moises with an environment he could grow as a player,” FC Dallas Technical Director Fernando Clavijo said in a press release issued by the team.
