FC Dallas added two more players through the 2016 MLS SuperDraft on Tuesday by selecting forward Colin Bonner (third round, 45th overall) and defender Jacob Speed (fourth round, 78th overall).
Bonner comes from UNC Wilmington where he scored 23 goals and tallied 15 asses in 75 starts. The 6-4 forward was a 2015 NSCAA First Team All-Midwest Region selection after posting a career high in goals (7) and assists (6).
Speed comes locally from SMU. The Mansfield, TX native spent one year at the University of Kentucky before transferring back home to SMU for his sophomore season.
