Portland Timbers fans might think they know Maxi Urruti. The FC Dallas forward spent two seasons with the Timbers, lifting MLS Cup at the end of the 2015 season.
He'll be back on the artificial turf of Providence Park on Saturday, the third time he'll wear FCD's shirt against his former club. He looks mostly the same, though he's experimented more with his hairstyles and added a few tattoos, including one of the trophy he lifted with the club. He still works hard on the field. He even remembers the Timbers Army fondly.
"It's really nice to go back to a place where things went well for you and you have great memories," Urruti said.
