The Dr Pepper Dallas Cup has announced that Manchester United will compete in this year's Gordon Jago Super Group. Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXXIX will be the second consecutive year for the Red Devils to compete in the Gordon Jago Super Group, and their fifth Super Group appearance overall.
Manchester United hopes to improve upon their 2017 Super Group performance this past spring where they were ousted from the tournament following a 1-1-1 record in the group stage.
In 2012, United achieved their best tournament result, reaching the championship match, but falling short to Brazil's Coritiba.
