FC Dallas players left the locker room and came onto a sun-soaked field Saturday, but their warm-ups were cut short as a storm rolled through the area. Lightning strikes in the area prompted a number of delays, with the match kicking off more than two-and-a-half hours after the scheduled start time.
To kill time and keep the blood flowing, the team decided to entertain itself with different games and challenges, including one that ended up on social media that involved heading the ball one after another all the way around the locker room.
"We were just playing some games, soccer tennis, playing with the lacrosse ball, headers, just things to keep our minds off the rain delay," defender Reggie Cannon said.
