Sixteen days have passed since FC Dallas' last league match, a 1-1 draw with Houston on June 2 at Toyota Stadium, but Wednesday night at SMU's Westcott Field, FCD received a wake-up call in the fourth round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
