The road to a MLS playoff spot continues to get tougher for FC Dallas as they fell on the road Saturday night 2-0 to Orlando City.
Despite controlling the possession in this one, Dallas struggles to create chances up front.
Orlando got on the board first in the 13th minute thanks to defense-splitting pass from Ruan that found former FCD attacker Tesho Akindele on the back end to score the game’s first goal.
Late in the game Dallas had a penalty shout on a handball in the box. Referee Silviu Petrescu reviewed the play via Video Review but denied Dallas the opportunity to even things up.
