FC Dallas rolled out a reserve-heavy squad on Wednesday night against Guatemalan side CD Suchitepequez and came away with a scoreless draw.
The draw keeps Dallas on top of their group in Champions League play with one game left, a return match in Guatemala next month.
FC Dallas debuted Norberto Paparatto and Carlos Ruiz (his first game for FC Dallas since Oct. 20, 2007) along with several young players in this one like Coy Craft who had the first solid chance of the game in the 36th minute. The 18-year old found the ball on the right flank where he took on a defender with a couple clever step over moves before firing a shot.
