Two defensive miscues will come back to haunt FC Dallas as they lost 2-0 to Sporting Kansas City on Saturday night in Frisco.
The loss ended a pair of unbeaten runs for FC Dallas, their long home unbeaten record of 18 games, and their more recent five-game unbeaten streak.
Sporting got on the board first in the 11th minute as Alan Pulido found space behind the Dallas defense thanks to a pass from Gadi Kinda. Pulido tucked a shot inside the far post past Jimmy Maurer for his eighth goal of the season.
