FC Dallas defender Bressan has received his U.S. Green Card, granting him permanent resident status in the United States, the club announced Monday. With his permanent resident status, Bressan will no longer occupy an international roster slot on the FC Dallas’ roster.
The 28-year old sat out the draw over the weekend against Minnesota United as he was wrapping up the move to secure his green card. He has made 43 appearances (29 starts) since joining FC Dallas and has scored two goals and recorded two assists in 2,852 minutes played. Bressan has started in six matches this season and scored in the 4-1 win against the Portland Timbers on May 1.
