When FC Dallas had their big college signing day in February, over 80 athletes from the various levels of the FC Dallas Academy, Premier, and Youth level participated. Among them were six members of the current FC Dallas Academy which is just past the halfway mark for the 2017-18 season.

Now you may be asking, why only six Academy players? The answer is two-fold. One, the FC Dallas Academy U19 team has "underclassmen" who will still be there next season or the season after in a case or two.
