Risers QB Jay Cutler, CHI Cutler is a volatile person it seems and is certainly an up and down performer. Week 14 saw Cutler throw for more than 300 yards and two TDs. This was only his third 300-yard performance of the year and only the fifth time he’s had two or more touchdowns in a game. His inconsistency makes him more of a liability, and not someone to trust down the stretch. I’m not buying.
