The Vikings added offensive lineman Willie Beavers in the fourth round of last week's draft, adding a new player to a slew of linemen that were on the 2015 roster and creating competition that will have to excise some of them before the start of the 2016 season.
With all the draft hype surrounding the Minnesota Vikings 2016 draft class, one pick that seemed to fly under the radar a little bit was the selection of offensive lineman Willie Beavers.
A college left tackle at Western Michigan, Beavers was asked to play guard at the Senior at the request of several teams, who felt he would need to transition to guard to make the jump to the NFL.
