Vikings’ big three defenders remain out

The Minnesota Vikings’ big three defensive players – linebacker Anthony Barr, nose tackle Linval Joseph and safety Harrison Smith – all remained out of practice as the team returned to Winter Park after a four-day weekend following their Thursday night game.

None of those three played in the loss to the Arizona Cardinals last week. Joseph is dealing with a toe injury, Barr has groin and hand injuries, and Smith is dealing with hamstring and knee injuries. Barr and Smith left in the first quarter of the Vikings’ previous game against the Seattle Seahawks.
