Josh Bush has been playing on borrowed time. He played well in training camp and the preseason, but ultimately, the Denver Broncos didn't need a fifth safety, with T.J. Ward, Darian Stewart, David Bruton and Omar Bolden. However, Ward was suspended for the opening game and Bolden has been banged up.
Now, however, the Broncos have parted ways with the fourth-year pro.
The roster transaction comes in preparation of the arrival of offensive tackle Tyler Polumbus, whom the Broncos agreed to terms with today.
