Jackson McChesney Bringing Speed to BYU

The BYU Cougars just received an injection of speed into their system as part of the 2017 recruiting class. Lone Peak High School athlete Jackson McChesney, who runs a sub 4.5 second forty, has verbally committed to play for Bronco Mendenhall, making him the first to do so in 2017 class for BYU.

As a sophomore last year, Jackson McChesney received his first offer from BYU. A year later, the 6-0, 175-pound athlete from Lone Peak High School has made his decision official with a commitment to BYU.

“BYU is the school that I’ve always wanted to go to really bad,” McChesney said.
