QUARTERBACK
Malik Zaire, DeShone Kizer, Brandon Wimbush, *Montgomery VanGorder – A clear post-camp pecking order exists with Wimbush in line for a redshirt season assuming good health for Zaire and Kizer. Kizer took a major step forward after a nondescript spring session.
Brian Kelly on Wimbush/varsity action: “He’ll stay with us. If we feel like he hasn’t gotten enough reps, we’ll send him up to the scout team for just their skeleton period when they’re running a conventional offense.
