Darrin Walls is now officially a former Jets cornerback
Former Jets cornerback Darrin Walls will be joining his, still, teammate Jeremy Kerley with the Detroit Lions. Walls was an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame, first signed by the Atlanta Falcons, before spending the past four years with the Jets.
Walls has been mostly a backup during his time in New Jersey, except for the 2014 season when he started 12 games for the cornerback depleted Jets, and special teams contributor. Walls played solid football in spurts but struggled a lot at times last year.
