Tennessee Titans running back Antonio Andrews has been ruled out for Week 2. This is the second straight game Andrews will miss due to a hamstring injury. Now that Terrance West is in Tennessee, it is unclear where Andrews stands in the pecking order for touches. The situation will be further complicated once rookie David Cobb returns.
