New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady won his appeal against the NFL and his four-game suspension was overturned. Just about everyone with a TV, radio or the ability to read knows that by now. However, the NFL is appealing the ruling in hopes to get Brady to serve the suspension they levied on him. Today huge news broke in regards to this season. The earliest the league's appeal will be heard is February 1.
