Houston Texans wide receiver Nate Washington has been ruled out for Week 6. He is dealing with a hamstring injury. Washington should be considered week to week at this point.

Washington is the Texans WR2 this season and they need all hands on deck with that passing game. The good news is Cecil Shorts is expected to return and will serve as the second option in Houston. Washington is far from a star, but he's still their starter. Lord knows Brian Hoyer and Ryan Mallett aren't good enough to raise the level of their teammates.
