Houston Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer is not expected to play Week 16 due to concussion issues. However, he is progressing well and is on track to return Week 17. Brandon Weeden will start on Sunday.
Fantasy Analysis:
Weeden starting is not good news. He has never won a start in his career. The Texans really need this one. Nonetheless, he can be considered a Hail Mary option against an anemic Tennessee Titans secondary.
