The Giants do not know if Victor Cruz will make a full recovery from his catastrophic patellar tendon injury. Even if he does, it may not be this year. Cruz will likely be limited at best throughout training camp and there is a decent chance he will not be ready Week 1. If he is ready to go, there are concerns around the organization whether or not he'll still be the same player.
Fantasy Analysis:
Cruz had already seen a decline in production prior to the injury. However, he is still probably a WR2 if 100 percent.
