Oakland Raiders running back Roy Helu has been out for over two weeks with an undisclosed injury. It turns out the injury was a hamstring issue and he's expected to return to practice this week. We recently reported that the injury was probably not serious and luckily it turns out it wasn't. Helu projects to be the Raiders' third-down back this season behind starter Latavius Murray .
Fantasy Analysis:
Helu could have a ton of PPR value. He's a very good player. However, he is not the kind of guy that can shoulder a feature-back workload.
