The Raiders got a scare when their young quarterback Derek Carr injured his right ring finger last week. There were rumors he could need surgery, however, those rumors were quickly debunked. Carr is still not able to throw the ball but is progressing. He was on the sidelines today taking snaps and pitching the ball. These are small but positive steps for the second-year QB.
Fantasy Analysis:
Carr has the potential to be a breakout star this season assuming he can get healthy. The additions of rookies Amari Cooper and Clive Walford could be a huge help.
