New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman was forced out of a joint practice with the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday. The trusty wideout who just came off the PUP list due to two surgeries on his left foot, had clearly suffered a lower left leg injury. The full extent and the exact nature of the injury is not yet known, however, he was visibly upset and slammed his helmet down prior to hopping on the cart and having trainers check out his injured left leg. With that said, he was at least able to walk off the field on his own power after being exanimated.
