New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and the NFLPA are scheduled to be back in front of U.S. District Judge Richard Berman on August 31 to once again go head-to-head with the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell. This is expected to be the last hearing before some sort of ruling is handed down. Both sides requested a resolution by September 4. That doesn't mean they'll get it, but if nothing else, either Brady will be suspended on September 5 or he'll receive an injunction.
Fantasy Analysis:
Hopefully this will all be over soon and the NFL can ask like this embarrassment never happened.
