NFL formally appeals the decision to nullify Patriots QB Tom Brady's suspension

The NFL has formally appealed U.S. District Judge Richard Berman's decision to vacate New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension. However, the league did not request a stay, which means Brady will officially be playing in the season opener. According to ESPN Insider Adam Schefter, Brady has an even better chance of winning on the second circuit via sources in the know.

Fantasy Analysis:

Unfortunately, this was expected and Deflategate will drag on. This will likely carry over into at least next season. It's another black cloud looming over the league. Nonetheless, Brady will be suiting up this season and his value should spike significantly.
