The Buccaneers drafted LSU LB Kwon Alexander in the fourth round of this season's draft. Despite playing the same position as Danny Lansanah, his defensive coordinator of three years John Chavis believes Alexander will win the starting job for a number detailed reasons. 'He's a very talented young man. The reason he's going to play early is he's powerful, he can change direction with the best of him and he has tremendous speed,' said Chavis. 'We were not going to take him off the field. He was too good a player to take off the field in nickel situations.
