Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell is yet to be activated off the PUP list and it has raised some questions about his potential availability. He underwent offseason knee and Achilles' cleanup up procedures. However, Bell believes he'll be entering 2015 fully healthy and will be the man in Detroit. "This year, I expect to come into the season healthy," Bell said. "I think I can be that guy when I get back."
Fantasy Analysis:
Bell was a strong RB2 last season and thrived down the stretch. His value has plummeted this season mostly due to the Lions drafting rookie Ameer Abdullah.
