His status has been very much up in the air since tearing his patellar tendon last season. There were some concerns that his career may be over. Now, Cruz sounds like he fully expects to be ready for the beginning of training camp. "From the training staff, the coaches and the front office people, I think everyone's under the assumption that I'll be ready to go," Cruz said.
